REFUND/RETURN POLICY
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned or replaced within 21 days from the original invoice date. An original invoice is required for all returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to make arrangements to ship the item back at their own expense. A 25% restocking fee may apply for returns requesting a refund. AccelOp will replace the defective unit and ship/deliver it back to the customer at our expense. Customers must inform AccelOp of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE POLICY
Physical damage to any product purchased at AccelOp will effectively void warranty coverage by AccelOp and may potentially void any manufacturer warrantees on individual parts. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage (including overclocking). The exception to this is carrier damage.

OVERCLOCKING POLICY
Overclocking of any computer hardware beyond manufacturer's specifications will void warranty coverage. Such pieces of hardware includes but is not limited to CPUs, GPUs, and North Bridges.

RESTOCKING FEE
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 21 days.

PROCESSING TIME
You can expect your order to be processed within 24-48 hours at which time items will be ordered (pending any checks payments). Completion of your order may take up to two weeks, AccelOp strives to complete in less, provided that the requested parts are in stock. Parts are ordered on demand to ensure the lowest possible prices. Any time during the order completion process customer may be contacted for further information to ensure customer's satisfaction with order details.

ORDER STATUS
AccelOp will keep customers informed of order status via e-mail or phone. Customers may inquire into their order status by e-mail or phone at any time.

PRIVACY
AccelOp respects your privacy. Under no circumstances will your information be sold or released to anyone. All of the information obtained through any of our web sites will be used for processing purposes only. All of the information obtained from Paypal is outlined in their Privacy section.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT
By accepting any product from AccelOp, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and AccelOp agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and AccelOp. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept any goods from AccelOp.

ACCELOP SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
AccelOp offers our customers a 21-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases. An original invoice is required for all returns. A 20% restocking fee may apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform AccelOp of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES ACCELOP'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. ACCELOP SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. ACCELOP.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT ACCELOP.COM HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms; Orders: An order is not binding upon AccelOp until it is accepted; AccelOp must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to exchange of product to customer. Customer agrees to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice.
